Great Product, But Not Perfect

The entertainment center is wonderful. It looks great in our living room, the materials are solid, the directions were easy enough to follow, and it has adequate space for movies and gadgets. Unfortunately, a few parts came with misaligned pre-cut holes in them. The furniture company was friendly and helpful to get them replaced free of charge. It took nearly two weeks for the replacement parts to arrive, however. While we love our new entertainment center, we would have liked it to come ready to go the first time. Would we buy it again, yes. Would we recommend it to friends, absolutely. Maybe it was a fluke that the parts weren't perfect. It's bound to happen.

The product is attractive and serves as a good set for our basement. As my handyman was assembling it, he commented that it was quite flimsy and the hinges were not even metal. So far, it serves its purpose.

Took about 2 hours to put together. May have been faster had I not had toddlers trying to help. Looks great and it has lots of shelf space. Would have been even better if the drawers could hold DVD/Blue Ray discs standing so you could see the titles (we don't shelve Christmas movies). Nothing wrong with the product (scratches or dings) and the instructions were easy to follow. Only thing that would have made it perfect is if it was real wood, but then the price would not be so good.
